VISHAL HOMES is a partnership & registered enterprise between
Mrs. ANANDHAVALLI and Mr. D.BASKARRAN, started in the year 2004, with the objective of providing quality construction. Presently VISHAL HOMES is promoting residential flats in Velachery and Neelangarai, fast developing and upcoming neighbourhoods in Chennai.

Mrs. B. ANANDHAVALLI is a post Graduate in Public Administration. She has Knowledge of budgetary control and implementing good systems and procedures.

Mr.D.BASKARRAN is a civil engineer with over 20 years experience. He has worked with Dual structural Private limited and Consolidated Civil Construction India Limited. In these organizations he was directly in charge of multi - crore Projects - both Indian and Multinational corporations.

He was the sole proprietor of VISHAL CONSTRUCTION, which was started in 2000. So for he has completed construction of 25,000 Sq.ft. for industrial and residential purposes. Residential constructions comprise bungalows and 3 bed - room modern apartments.

MR. BASKARRAN, an ex-Partner of SABARI FOUNDATIONS formed in 2002, was responsible for constructing and completing 20,000 Sq. Ft. approx. of residential accommodation, comprising spacious flats to suit customers' needs with modern amenities.

These large projects were executed to the satisfaction of the clients. This was due to his vast field experience, wide contacts, and interaction with quality material suppliers, experienced labour and other agencies.
